Salary: £85 - £109.40 per day, depending on experience and hours

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide high-quality classroom support across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will help create an engaging learning environment where every student is encouraged to achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects
• Delivering targeted interventions and small group support
• Promoting positive behaviour management strategies
• Supporting students with SEND, SEMH, and additional learning needs
• Encouraging student engagement, confidence, and resilience
• Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and student-centred environment

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Passionate about education and student development
• Proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
• Experienced working with young people in education, care, coaching, or mentoring settings (desirable)
• In possession of an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to obtain one
• Able to build positive relationships and act as a positive role model
