Learning Support Assistant - Hammersmith
Experienced Learning Support Assistant available for schools across Hammersmith with a strong background supporting pupils across EYFS, primary, and secondary education. This candidate has experience working with children requiring additional support academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviourally.
Skilled in supporting classroom learning, delivering targeted interventions, promoting positive behaviour, and encouraging pupil confidence and independence. Experienced working alongside teachers and SEN staff to adapt activities and provide differentiated support for pupils with varying learning needs.
This candidate is patient, approachable, and highly supportive, with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed both academically and personally. Particularly suited to inclusive schools seeking a dependable and versatile support professional.
