Location: Reading Start Date: ASAP Pay Scale: £90.00 - £105.00 per day

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Assistant looking for a rewarding role in education? Do you have experience supporting children with SEMH needs or additional learning difficulties?

A welcoming Specialist School in Reading is seeking a committed Mental Health Support Assistant to join their supportive team immediately. The successful Mental Health Support Assistant will work closely with pupils who have SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.

This Mental Health Support Assistant role will involve: * Providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils * Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing * Encouraging positive classroom engagement * Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment * Working collaboratively with teachers and therapists * ASAP start with excellent transport links

The ideal Mental Health Support Assistant will have previous experience in education, youth work, care, or support work.
