SEN Teaching Assistant

Job description

We are recruiting a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in Leeds & Wakefield, offering £93–£120 per day depending on experience and qualifications.

This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with additional needs within mainstream and specialist educational settings.

• Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support
• Support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and additional needs
• Implement EHCP strategies and interventions
• Support emotional regulation and behaviour management
• Work closely with teaching staff and SENCOs

• SEN experience desirable
• Calm, patient, and empathetic nature
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Passion for supporting children with additional needs
