Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with experience supporting children with special educational needs? We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants with personal care experience to join a warm, welcoming SEN school in the Braintree area.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

· Support pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, learning difficulties, and complex needs · Assist with personal care tasks (when necessary) · Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning plans · Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment · Build strong relationships with pupils, encouraging their independence and development

Requirements:

· Previous experience working in an SEN setting or with children/adults with additional needs · Confidence and experience with personal care (e.g. Toileting, feeding, hygiene support) · A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach · Strong communication and teamwork skills · A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners Whats on Offer:
