SEN Teaching Assistant - Secondary School in Redbridge- September start

The Role:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with students with a range of SEND needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support within the classroom and during targeted interventions
- Help pupils stay engaged, confident, and supported in their learning
- Work collaboratively with the SENCo, teaching staff, and pastoral teams
- Contribute to a safe, caring, and structured learning environment where every student feels understood and valued
We would love to hear from you if you are:
- Experienced working with children or young people with SEND (school, youth work, care, nursing mentoring or similar) or teaching assistant experience in a secondary school
- Warm, patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships
- Reliable, committed, and passionate about supporting students who need that extra encouragement
- Calm under pressure and able to adapt to individual student needs
