Weekend Support Worker – Lifeways Group

Location: CheamRequired: Driver Preferred - Full UK Licence - ability to drive automatic carsContract: 19 hr contractShift Pattern: every Weekend, split shifts:

• 8:00am – 12:30pm

• 4:00pm – 9:00pm

About the Role

You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge in a 24/7 care setting. Every day is different, and every moment matters.

We’re looking for people who:

• Have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence – you’ll be driving company automatic vehicles
• Are committed to providing person-centred care with empathy and respect

We’ll provide full training—including NAPPI—and ongoing support to help you grow and succeed.
