We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of installation projects within a fast-paced operational environment.

This is a hands-on coordination role focused on subcontractor management, site documentation, scheduling support, and field compliance activities. • Chase outstanding actions and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams
  • Support field teams with administrative and coordination activities
  • Maintain high standards of documentation quality and reporting
  • Communicate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify delays, gaps, or risks early and escalate where required

Project Coordinator What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
  • High attention to detail, particularly around documentation review and quality checking
  • Confident communicator comfortable working directly with engineers and subcontractors
  • Comfortable holding people accountable to deadlines and following up on actions
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook

Project Coordinator Personal Qualities

  • Organised and methodical
  • Proactive and self-sufficient
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
  • Able to manage workload independently with minimal supervision

This role would suit someone who enjoys keeping projects organised, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
