We’re partnering with a highly respected, forward-thinking membership organisation that is looking for a second Business Development Executive to join their energetic and collaborative team.

The Role
You’ll be at the forefront of driving growth and engagement by:
- Identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with existing members to ensure retention and growth
- Representing the organisation at events, networking sessions and conferences
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional member experience
- Using social media and digital channels to enhance brand presence and promote your offering
- Based from the Hatfield office with a varied week of activities both desk and field based
- Travelling across Hertfordshire (flexibility required for occasional early/late events - with TOIL provided)

About You
- Proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally selling a service over a product
- A natural networker and relationship builder
- Self-motivated, target-driven and thrives both independently and in a team
- Professional, credible, and confident in your approach
- Full UK driving licence and use of a car for local business (mileage paid)
- Comfortable using CRM systems and social media platforms
