Junior Account Manager

Birmingham

£35,000 base + £20,000 OTE (uncapped)

Flourish is working with a fast-growing IT services business in the Midlands specialising in Managed IT, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.


They’re hiring a Junior Account Manager - an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to develop commercial skills, work with clients, and grow into a high-performing sales professional.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and developing relationships with new and existing customers
  • Acting as a key point of contact for client queries and conversations
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce IT, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions
  • Supporting ongoing deals alongside senior sales and technical teams
  • Keeping customers engaged throughout the sales journey
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline and account activity in CRM


Training & support

You’ll complete a structured 6-month training programme, including:

  • Sales and account management fundamentals
  • Coaching on client communication and relationship building
  • Technology and market training
  • Ongoing mentoring from experienced sales leaders
