Flourish is working with a fast-growing IT services business in the Midlands specialising in Managed IT, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
They’re hiring a Junior Account Manager - an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to develop commercial skills, work with clients, and grow into a high-performing sales professional.

You’ll be:
- Speaking to real businesses

What you’ll be doing
- Managing and developing relationships with new and existing customers
- Acting as a key point of contact for client queries and conversations
- Identifying opportunities to introduce IT, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions
- Supporting ongoing deals alongside senior sales and technical teams
- Keeping customers engaged throughout the sales journey
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and account activity in CRM
Training & support
You’ll complete a structured 6-month training programme, including:
- Sales and account management fundamentals
- Coaching on client communication and relationship building
- Technology and market training
- Ongoing mentoring from experienced sales leaders
