Internal Salesperson – Builders Merchant

North Lanarkshire

Up to £45,000 + Benefits

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Salesperson to join a well established business within the builders merchant / construction supplies sector.

This opportunity would suit someone who already has experience within a merchant environment and is looking to join a business that offers autonomy, strong leadership and a supportive team culture.

The role will involve managing existing customer relationships, supporting trade clients, generating sales opportunities and working closely with the wider team to drive commercial growth.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience within a builders merchant or construction supplies environment
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• A proactive and commercially aware approach
• The ability to work independently within a fast-paced sales environment

In return, the business is offering a salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience, alongside bonus potential and excellent company benefits.
