TRM is exclusively partnered with a boutique recruitment agency at the start of its journey. This means you will be one of the business's first hires as it looks to grow to 200+ over the next five years.

It is exceptionally rare to have the opportunity to join a business at the beginning, with plenty of leadership opportunities quickly in your career as the company grows.

The Company:

• Founded in 2023 and currently 17 in size, they are looking to get to 30 by the end of the year
• Operating in renewable energy, specifically within wind in Europe
• The founder and leaders of the business have combined 15+ years of industry experience, with £1 million+ in their best year!
• Looking to replicate a larger recruiter with a global presence in the renewable energy sector
• Looking to add continuously year on year with huge growth potential

The Opportunity:

• Competitive base salary (£26k)
• Commission % well above market average
• Working in a robust market underpinned by government policy

The Candidate:

• Highly motivated and Self-Driven
• Willing to work 12-hour+ shifts to optimise future success
• Demonstrable work experience, ideally in a customer-facing background
• Ambitious and Career-Focused
• Degree not essential, but MUST be eligible to work in the UK
