• Delivertargetedsupportpackagestailoredtotheneedsofeachyoungperson.
• Safeguardandmonitoryoungpeoplethroughobservation,planning,andcontinuedassessment.
• Buildprofessional,trustingrelationshipsthatencouragepersonalgrowthandindependence.
• Offerguidanceandencouragement,supportinglifeskillssuchasmoneymanagement,health,decision-making,andmealplanning.
