YourRoleasa SupportWorkerwithinFamilyAssessment:

• Conductassessmentstohelpfamiliesdevelopandmaintainasafeandnurturingenvironment.
• Safeguardchildrenandparentsthroughcontinuousassessmentandplanning.
• Buildtrustingrelationshipswithfamilies,offeringongoingguidanceandencouragement.
• Supportparentstoreachtheirfullpotential,enablingthemtoprovidecarethatmeetsa"goodenoughstandard".
• Deliverdailysupport,offercrisismanagement,andassistinthedevelopmentofparentingskills.
• Mentorandadviseparentstohelpthembuildlong-termstabilityandresilience.

• Engageinactivitiesthatstrengthenfamilybondsandpromotepositivebehaviour.
