A leading property company is seeking an experienced Assistant Chief Engineer to join their client-side team in Central London, within walking distance of Waterloo Station.

The Role- Supporting the management of a small team of engineers
- Overseeing planned preventative maintenance and reactive works
- Maintaining high engineering and compliance standards
- Assisting with the day-to-day operation of building services
- Client-side position within a premium property environment
- £60,000 basic salary
