Fulfilment Operations Assistant (Temporary 2 Months)Location: Waterlooville | Hybrid | Temporary Contract
Giftpro is a leading hospitality gift voucher platform, creating beautifully branded gifting experiences for some of the UKs best-known hospitality brands. Were looking for a Fulfilment Operations Assistant to support our busy fulfilment operation during a key peak period.
This hands-on temporary role will focus on operating our Xerox Versant 280 digital press, producing high-quality printed gift vouchers, and ensuring orders are packed and dispatched accurately and on time. Working closely with the Fulfilment Operations Supervisor, youll play an important role in maintaining the premium customer experience Giftpro is known for.
Requirements
What youll do- Operate the Xerox Versant 280 digital press to produce high-quality branded gift vouchers
- Set up and manage print jobs, including media loading, calibration, and quality checks
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on schedule
- Maintain excellent print and fulfilment quality standards at all times
- Support daily fulfilment targets during busy peak periods
- Monitor stock and consumable levels to avoid delays
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Support customer service teams with fulfilment-related queries when needed
