Office Manager (Temporary - Potential to Go Permanent) Aztec West, Bristol Up to £17 per hour Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the energy and technical services sector for an experienced Office Manager to join their team based in Aztec West, Bristol. This is a temporary opportunity with strong potential to become permanent, offering a great chance to establish yourself within a growing and dynamic environment.

The RoleThis is a varied and hands‐on position where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day running of the office while supporting senior stakeholders and project teams.

Providing effective administrative support to the Project Lead, Operations Manager, and wider delivery team

Setting up and maintaining the site office, coordinating with internal teams (including IT and support services) to ensure full operational readiness

Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and subcontractors, supporting clear communication and coordination

Formatting and quality‐checking documents received from engineers and project managers before submission to the document control team

Maintaining an accurate attendance register and ensuring timely weekly submissions

Supporting document management processes, including scanning and handling key project documentation (e.g. Goods received notes, permits, daily briefings)

Coordinating senior management diaries and meetings, including preparation of materials and follow‐ups

Providing high‐quality, consistent administrative support to senior leadership

About YouWe're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast‐paced environment.

Strong administrative or office management experience

Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Word, and Excel

Excellent document formatting and attention to detail (QA checking experience desirable)

Strong communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with stakeholders

The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
