DescriptionAs a Trainee Manager you will assist the store manager in delivering exceptional customer service, cultivate a team that creates memorable experiences, and help drive the overall growth of the business.

You will support the store manager in recruiting, training and up‐skilling staff, build local community connections and contribute to the store's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the store manager to bring exciting ideas to life, making the store successful through creative planning and building an exemplary in‐store team.

Support the store manager in building a team of customer‐focused individuals enthusiastic about enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Assist in nurturing a customer‐centric team by participating in training sessions, providing constructive feedback, and observing the store manager's leadership.

Lead the management team to achieve the store's top‐box goals.

Delegate to your management team to meet customer and store needs.

Think creatively to achieve success while innovating and collaborating with your team.

Contribute to managing store finances by helping set annual budgets, driving sales, and understanding how to control staffing levels and stock.

Maintain a beautiful store with effective merchandising, high standards of cleanliness, and strong stock management to enhance customer experience.

Develop relationships within your local community to enhance customers' experience when they visit.

Engage in personal development by utilizing training opportunities and collaborating with other teams.

Create and facilitate a shopping experience that consistently makes customers' days brighter.

With the store manager's support, take on projects to make positive changes and add your unique touch.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Customer Service: Passion for delivering exceptional service, leading by example, and ensuring 5‐star quality.

Management Skills: Ability to navigate difficult conversations, set and manage expectations, and support staff while balancing business needs and morale.

Teamwork: Lead by example on the shop floor and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.

Communication: Strong verbal skills to share business messages and collaborate with retailers and managers.
