Customer Service Supply Chain Lead - Remote (UK) - Up to £37,000We are working with a fantastic D2C consumer goods start up with a leading drinks product, who is looking to hire a customer service and supply chain professional to join their growing team. Supporting the Supply Chain Director, this brand new role will manage the day-to-day customer service operations, manage outsourced agency teams, support with AI developments, and overall be a key part of this start-up!
Responsibilities
Handle day to day customer support, across ticketing, emails, web queries, DMs, and Amazon
Coordinate with supply chain stakeholders, such as external customer service agents, 3PL partners, international suppliers, and founders
Manage freight bookings, and coordinate manufacturing, packaging, components, and production timelines
Support with end-to-end D2C operations and ad-hoc responsibilities
Qualifications
A driven D2C customer operations candidate, with experience managing a team
Ideally experience working in an early stage start up
Strong knowledge of AI and automation, a proactive mindset
Full right to work in the UK
