Minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant discipline such as UX Design, Interaction Design, Human‐Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related subjectRight to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programmeAbility to work on site, five days per weekThis role requires a high level of security clearance. About the roleAs a Graduate User‐Centred Designer (UCD), you'll help design inclusive, accessible digital services that meet real user needs within healthcare and public sector environments.

From day one, you'll work as part of multidisciplinary delivery teams, supporting the design of user‐centred solutions through research, prototyping and iteration. You'll contribute to meaningful services that impact users at scale, while developing your skills in a structured, supportive environment.

This role is ideal for graduates who are curious about how people interact with technology and are motivated to build a long‐term career in healthcare technology delivery.

What you'll doSupport user‐centred design activities, including user research, ideation and prototypingContribute to the creation and iteration of designs based on user insight, feedback and evidenceWork alongside designers, developers, business analysts and delivery colleagues in Agile teamsHelp communicate design decisions and contribute to design discussions with a range of stakeholdersApply UX and UCD principles within secure, highly regulated environments such as healthcare and the public sector

About youA minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant discipline such as UX Design, Interaction Design, Human‐Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related subjectPractical experience gained through university projects, internships or placements involving UX design, user research, prototyping or human‐centred designClear communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and present your work to different audiencesA curious, empathetic and detail‐oriented mindset, with a strong interest in understanding user needs and behavioursConfidence working openly and collaboratively within mixed teams (clients, suppliers and contractors)A basic understanding of UX principles, with enthusiasm to continue developing your skill
