Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd is recruiting for an Internal Sales position for an Electronics company. This role is a mix of new business development and existing business so if you love being on the phone, engaging with customers and securing orders, then this is the role for you!Salary – £28,000 to £33,000 with annual company bonus. Hours – Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 4 pm (office based role).Responsibilities Proactively generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow‐ups.Lead generating.Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing customers.Qualify inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.Provide quotations, chase all quotations until the order is placed.Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, market trends and a good understanding of our competitors.Call dormant/lapsed customers to re‐engage.If you have previous sales experience and are looking for a career in a well‐established company with an excellent product range and reputation, then hit apply.
