Digital Marketing Intern (Full-Time)Location: Chalfont St Giles, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Contract: Full Time Internship
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours

Key Responsibilities
Support the digital marketing team in accelerating the digital transformation of GE HealthCare's newly structured international marketing organization
Work within a team composed of two Digital Marketing Managers, reporting into a Marketing Leader, supporting initiatives across multiple regions
Actively contribute to a wide range of digital projects, with exposure to both marketing tools, campaign planning and execution
Assist with the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, web and e-detailing
Support the use and continuous improvement of marketing technology tools (e.g., marketing automation platforms and analytics tools)
Contribute to database and contact enrichment activities, helping improve target identification, customer segmentation, and campaign relevance
Help track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare reports to generate insights that support data‐driven marketing decisions
Collaborate with international stakeholders in a global, matrixed B2B environment, gaining exposure to different markets and ways of working
Work alongside the Marketing Operations Intern, supporting shared initiatives and learning together
Who You Are
You are an early‐career digital marketeer who is curious, motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a professional and international environment.
You are a student or recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
You are available to commit to a full‐time Monday–Friday working schedule.
You are able to work in a hybrid work model (office and remote).
You are a great communicator, both in writing and verbally.
You are curious about digital transformation and modern marketing technologies.
You are interested in data and analytics, with an enthusiasm for using insights to improve campaign performance and decision making.
You are excited by innovation, with an interest in AI and emerging technologies and how they are shaping the future of digital marketing.
Nice to Have
A basic understanding of digital marketing channels and concepts.
Familiarity with analytics, marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Analytics).
Familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Knak).
