About the rolePart‐time HR Manager (Days/Times Negotiable; preferred set routine).
Vivo Group Limited is a family‐run cleaning company based in Ipswich, dedicated to delivering high‐quality commercial cleaning services. The position focuses on HR compliance, training, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Responsibilities
Lead on HR compliance and ensuring all policies remain current
Lead on compliance for employees
Assist on TUPE requirements
Support training and development initiatives across the business
Continuously improve HR processes and documentation
Requirements
Experience with TUPE
Solid understanding of HR compliance, policies, and best practice
Confidence advising managers and supporting employees at all levels
Ability to work independently and flexibly
Occasional flexibility may be required for meetings with cleaners transferring to the company.
Pay: £40,000.00 per year, salary pro‐rata.
