Role ProfileAs our Company continues to grow, we are looking for a highly committed and organised person to join our Human Resources team at our Head office in Carlisle.
You will provide Administration support to the team covering a wide range of HR topics. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing business and start a very rewarding career in Human Resources; you will undoubtedly gain valuable experience and a full insight into the HR function.
Main Responsibilities
Driving licence, photocard licence and car insurance checks
Gathering training cards and certificates from new starters
Booking training – e.g. EUSR courses
Checking return to work/self certificated forms are received for all sickness absences and updating HR records
Process leavers
Process employee probations
Posting job adverts
Drafting offer letters
Checking new starter paperwork / setting up employees on HR System
Requesting new starter equipment/IT equipment/ID badges
Working Hours25 hour per week, Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 2.30pm.
Experience Required
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills and ability to work to deadlines.
Flexible approach to workload and a willingness to learn
Confident communicator – both verbal and written formats.
Excellent attention to detail.
Team player with proactive approach.
Excellent administration skills, with a high attention to detail
