The Role:You will work on a one-to-one basis with students, delivering personalized sessions designed to re-engage them in education. This role requires patience, adaptability, and a willingness to think outside the box to support each learner effectively.
Experience, Training and Qualifications:
QTS or equivalent, or relevant tutoring experience
UK classroom teaching experience or tutoring experience
A creative and flexible approach to teaching
Patience and resilience when working with challenging situations
Experience supporting SEND or disengaged pupils
To be eligible for this role, you must:
Have the right to work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to apply for one
Provide two professional references related to working with children
