Apprentice Parts and Sales Advisor – Lloyd Ltd NewcastleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Parts and Sales Advisor to join the successful team at Lloyd Ltd Newcastle in our busy Parts department. Through on‐the‐job training from our experienced Parts Advisors and an apprenticeship training course at an established college, you will receive all the knowledge needed to become a fully qualified Parts and Sales Advisor and a key member of our Parts Department.

What you'll be doing

Working alongside experienced Parts Advisors serving parts to both internal and external customers.

Following our sales process to sell new and used lawncare to new and existing customers.

Receiving, correctly identifying and warehousing incoming stock.

Providing excellent customer service to our customers, whether in‐person, over the phone or via email.

Gaining hands‐on experience in customer service and developing strong working relationships.

Completing all relevant administration to support the department.

Ensuring best practice housekeeping standards are maintained within the department.

We're looking for someone who

Has 4 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, including Maths and English (essential).

Has an interest in machinery and a willingness to learn.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Eager to learn and develop new skills.

Effective problem‐solving and organisational skills.

Good timekeeping.

Positive attitude towards work.
