Reference: a648a492We are seeking a professional, reliable and compassionate support worker/carer to provide 1:1 support for a female young adult in County Durham. The successful applicant will support daily living while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing. This role involves personal care alongside health and social care support delivered in a person‐centred manner. The young adult currently lives in a self‐contained annex within a busy family home and has three younger siblings. She attends a work placement three mornings a week and enjoys outings such as shopping, beauty treatments, attending guides and volunteering with park run.
