University Graduate Opportunity – StroudAre you a university graduate looking to gain hands‐on experience in a specialist setting? Join a well‐respected college in Stroud as a Specialist Learning Support Assistant, supporting students across Sport, Music, Performing Arts, Media, Animal Care, and foundation studies in English and Maths. The college specialises in students with a wide range of needs including social anxiety, learning disabilities and communication difficulties, and offers outstanding facilities and a collaborative team environment.

Pay rate of £14.60 per hour, paid weekly in arrears every Friday during term time only

Qualifications & Requirements

University graduate

Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to supporting pupils with additional needs

Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential

Willingness to assist with personal care and mobility needs where required

Suitable DBS check – you must provide an up‐to‐date DBS or be prepared to allow the agency to process one on your behalf

If the role involves working with children or vulnerable adults, it is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974
