Margene is seeking a Communications - Social Media and Marketing Intern to support brand communications across digital and press. The position requires someone highly organised, visually aware, and interested in culture, craft, and how communication is shaped today.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial MediaAssist in creating and planning content for Instagram and TikTok.Support day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community management.Research and develop ideas for campaigns aligned with Margene's visual and tone.
Email & Digital CommunicationsAssist in drafting and scheduling email campaigns.Support the development of newsletters and customer communication.Help maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints, including LinkedIn.
Communications & PRAssist with press outreach and day-to-day communication with editors and industry contacts.Support the preparation of press materials, decks, and pitches.Research and identify opportunities for brand placement and storytelling.
Outreach & PartnershipsAssist with researching, pitching, and building relationships with aligned voices and platforms.
Press & Sample ManagementCoordinate press loans and track sample movements, including dispatch, returns, and maintenance.
Skills and ExperienceStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.We welcome applications from students seeking a placement year as part of their studies.Clear written communication and a strong visual sensibility.Interest in fashion, craftsmanship, and contemporary culture.Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and digital platforms - editing skills a plus.A proactive and reliable approach to working in a small team.
