About the RoleWe are looking for a Polytechnic / University student to take ownership of marketing operations for Sunny Nails, with future exposure to other business units within the Group.

This is a hands‐on, high‐impact role where you will work directly with founders and management, enabling fast decision‐making and real execution of your ideas.

This role can evolve into a full‐time position based on your performance and results.

Responsibilities

Run end‐to‐end marketing operations for Sunny Nails

Combine strategic thinking with hands‐on execution

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns

Provide regular reporting to management

Create short‐form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok)

Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels

Work with designers or create simple visuals independently

Manage content calendar and ensure consistency

Analyze performance and continuously optimize results

Requirements

Strong interest in marketing as a career (committed, not exploratory)

Creative thinking with strong content generation skills

Basic copywriting skills (adapt tone to audience)

Good sense of visual design

Basic photo/video production skills (mobile acceptable; advanced is a plus)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Comfortable in a fast‐paced environment

High level of accuracy, discipline, and responsibility

Singapore Citizen or PR
