Junior Account ManagerWolverhampton (On-site)Circa £33,000 benefitsWe're working with a well-established and growing business in the print and marketing services space, currently looking to hire a Junior Account Manager to join their dynamic Client Services team based in Wolverhampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in print, POS, or project/account management who's looking to develop their career within a business that genuinely invests in its people. As a Junior Account Manager, you'll act as a key link between clients and internal teams, helping to translate client objectives into clear, actionable briefs and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.

You'll support Account Managers and Directors in delivering end-to-end projects, while building strong client relationships and contributing to revenue growth and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring requests are handled efficiently and to agreed SLAs/KPIs

Support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion

Assist with processing orders and maintaining accurate, up-to-date administration

Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Procurement, IT) to ensure seamless delivery

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Support account growth by identifying opportunities to improve margin and drive revenue

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across processes and services

Help maintain and develop Ways of Working (WoW) documentation

Ensure all work meets quality standards and is delivered "right first time"

About YouWe're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and confident in a client‐facing environment.

You will have:

At least 1 year's experience in the print industry (essential)

Knowledge of print, POS, and associated services

Previous experience in account or project management

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and manage multiple priorities

A self‐motivated, can‐do attitude with strong attention to detail
