Aftersales Advisor - Gravesend Ford

Job description

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor to join our Ford dealership in Gravesend.

This position is offered on a full‐time permanent basis, 46.33 hour working week Monday – Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays, £30,620 basic salary and an OTE of £33,500 reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

Responsibilities

Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done

Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly

Booking vehicles into the workshop

Achieving set performance targets by upselling products

Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines

Qualifications

Excellent organisational and administrative skills

A full UK driving licence

Great attention to detail

A background in customer service would be highly advantageous

Experience using computer software systems
