Job OverviewRetail Assistants provide face‐to‐face customer contact and merchandising expertise within retail stores.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support.

Being tech savvy is desirable, as we use several apps to facilitate work.

Responsibilities

Merchandise our product following visual merchandising guidelines.

Deliver new stock to the shop floor.

Maintain housekeeping standards.

Set up promotional activities.

Build relationships with host management teams and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Requirements

Access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

Prior experience in a customer‐facing setting; fashion brand experience is a plus.

Sales and/or retail sales experience preferred.

Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with operating system Android 8.1 or later or iOS 13.4 or later.

Other InformationThe Christmas period is the busiest time, so leave may not be authorized in December.
