Salary: £25,342.44 Per annum

38 hours per week; Permanent

Shift Patterns: 7:00-14:00, 7:00-15:00, 14:00-22:00, 15:00-22:00

We are recruiting a compassionate Care Assistant to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers every day at William Wood House.

William Wood House is an Extra Care housing scheme located in the scenic village of Sudbury, Suffolk, offering the security and privacy of a home with shared facilities and 24‐hour care services.

Responsibilities

Personal care, medication administration.

Supporting people through temporary or terminal illness.

Helping with eating and drinking. Light domestic duties such as bed making.

Support with social, physical activities and mental stimulation such as hobbies and recreation.

Person Specification

Care Certificate is desirable.

QCF Level 2 in Health and Social care or equivalent, is desirable.

Full driving licence is desirable.
