You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.What you'll do at work In this role, you will be responsible for writing, editing, and updating content for a wide range of materials — including brochures, marketing and promotional assets, emails, websites, blogs, and more. If you enjoy crafting engaging content and bringing ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you.Purpose of Job:To communicate the brand message, drive audience engagement, and support marketing objectives through platform‐native storytelling.Responsibilities:Content Production: Conceptualising and creating multimedia assets, including short‐form videos (TikTok/Reels), blog posts, infographics, and email campaigns.Strategy & Planning: Developing and managing a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule that aligns with broader marketing goals.Research & Ideation: Staying ahead of industry trends, social media algorithms, and competitor activity to generate fresh, relevant ideas.SEO Optimisation: Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO best practices to increase organic search visibility and website traffic.Performance Analysis: Monitoring engagement metrics (likes, shares, traffic) using tools like Google Analytics to evaluate effectiveness and refine future strategies.Brand Consistency: Maintaining a uniform brand voice, tone, and visual style across all published materials.Where you'll work RODBOROUGH COURTWALKLEY HILLSTROUDGL5 3LRTraining An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation.
