Casual Hospitality Staff – Worcester Warriors & Summer Series Events

Flexible, Event-Based Shifts

We're recruiting enthusiastic and reliable hospitality staff to join us for the final Worcester Warriors fixtures at Sixways Stadium , followed by a calendar of high-energy Summer Series events .

Upcoming Fixtures

11th April – Worcester vs Bedford (3:00pm KO)

2nd May – Worcester vs Ealing Trailfinders (3:00pm KO)

Shifts are typically 4–8 hours , with strong opportunities for ongoing work across major events throughout 2026.

The RoleYou'll be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused hospitality team delivering exceptional service across busy matchdays and large-scale summer events. From serving drinks to supporting operations, you'll play a key role in creating a standout guest experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner

Taking and serving drinks quickly and accurately

Processing payments using POS systems

Keeping bars and service areas clean, stocked, and organised

Supporting event set up and pack down

Working as part of a team to deliver smooth, efficient service

What We're Looking For

Aged 18+

Previous hospitality or bar experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume environment

A positive, reliable, team-focused attitude

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key event dates
