Recruitment Officer (Part Time or Full Time)

Job description

Job Summary:Lumi Solution is seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Officer to drive our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process , including job advertising, resume screening, conducting initial interviews, and selecting top candidates . You will also play a key role in candidate engagement , leveraging social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram) and coordinating recruitment events to attract top talent.

Job Description:

Create and publish job postings across multiple job portals

Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates

Conduct initial interviews to assess suitability

Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential hires throughout the recruitment process

Utilize LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram for recruitment and engagement

Plan and execute recruitment events

Requirements:

No prior experience needed —training will be provided!

Minimum qualification: Local Diploma or higher

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
