Overview Customer Service Specialist - Bristol onsite at Teleperformance. This is an onsite role only at Spectrum House, Central Bristol (no work-at-home option).Start date: 8 September 2025. Salary: £12.60 per hour. Shifts: 37.5 hours per week (8:00–22:00 Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 Sat and Sun).Location: Spectrum House, Central Bristol. Training: 2 weeks.
Responsibilities You will be the first point of contact to assist customers with their online subscription enquiries and account management.You will provide information and support to a global customer base and create a unique customer experience through inbound calling, web chat and email responses.You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to subscriptions, payments and online accounts, sometimes adjusting packages and working with customers to agree on suitable solutions.
Qualifications / Skills Customer-focused with strong communication skills; ability to listen, ask the right questions and deliver top-tier service via phone, live chat and email.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Good technical skills on PCs and in using mobile applications.
