This implies being ready to commit some time every week to the project.As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will contribute to the growth and culture-building of the company, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and team management.Your missions:Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.Collaborate with leadership to address hiring needs and develop strategic talent pipelines.Monitor recruitment metrics to optimize processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.Support onboarding to foster a smooth integration into the company culture.Participate in team meetings to align hiring priorities and challenges.This is an online job, meaning that you would be working remotely . You will be required to meet deadlines and produce qualitative work (reflecting the best you can deliver). Yet, we remain available to advise and help you anytime you need.
