The Role:Sales Development Representatives are pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing sales team function at ORRJO.

Responsibilities:

Book in meetings with Account Executives from cold & warm outreach

Qualify new leads generated by outbound and inbound prospecting

The creation and maintenance of email sequences and LinkedIn messages using automation software (Hubspot, Salesforce & other sales enablement platforms) to book calls & meetings

Complete the ORRJO Sales Bootcamp, where you will learn our software and all the skills necessary to set you up for success, allowing you to make an impact with our clients quickly

Regular 1:1's with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the team

Cold call and outbound outreach

Have a strong understanding of ORRJO's clients and feel comfortable pitching our client solutions to prospects from self-sourced efforts

Continue your education to ensure you we have a competitive advantage and continue to strengthen your skills

Consistently achieve your activity goals

Become an expert on internal tools and processes

Consistently meet or exceed your targets/quota

About you:

Keen to start a new career

Humble, hungry and smart

A background in hospitality, retail or a team based environment preferred

Results-driven, competitive nature & prepared to step outside your comfort zone

Superb written, communication, and listening skills; you must understand objections and defeat them by turning sceptics into ecstatic new customers
