Junior Account ManagerBase pay rangeAs a Junior Account Manager, you'll play a valued role in supporting and nurturing relationships with a wide range of clients. Your role will be looking after existing clients, ensuring they feel heard, informed and supported throughout their journey.
This is a wonderfully varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys building trust, staying organised and becoming a reliable point of contact for clients. You'll have the chance to contribute ideas, learn from experienced colleagues and develop your skills in a supportive, friendly environment.

You'll Be Involved In:
Building warm, professional relationships with clients across different industries
Understanding client needs and connecting them with the right legal or commercial services
Managing ongoing communication and checking in regularly to ensure clients are happy and supported
Helping prepare client updates, proposals and follow‐up materials
Working closely with the wider commercial team to support renewals, referrals and future opportunities
Contributing ideas to improve how the team communicates and delivers support
About You
No previous experience necessary
Enjoy speaking with people and building authentic connections
Organised, structured and comfortable managing your own time
Take pride in being reliable, thoughtful and attentive to detail
