The OpportunityAt Hellios, we are excited to welcome dynamic and enthusiastic University Graduates to participate in our comprehensive 12-month Graduate Management Development Programme. This initiative is designed to foster your growth by enhancing your knowledge, technical skills, commercial acumen, and self‐assurance through immersive placements within key departments, guided by our experienced Senior Management Team.

Throughout this program, you will delve into various business areas, gaining invaluable hands‐on experience while honing practical skills. Key Requirements

University Graduate with a 2:2 Degree or above

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Adaptable, self‐motivated, and team player

Keen interest to develop your business acumen

An interest in environmental impact helps

Looking for experience to help hone interests into a career pathway

Warm and ambitious person to fit in the expanding team culture
