We are pleased to be instructed by a leading City-based international law firm who are seeking to recruit an accomplished Regulatory Litigation Partner to join its highly regarded disputes practice. The firm's international, partner-led team represents global businesses and high net worth individuals in the successful resolution of complex and high-value commercial disputes and regulatory investigations. Known for its strategic, hands‐on approach, the team delivers partner-driven advice on matters that are frequently high‐stakes, multi‐jurisdictional and reputationally sensitive.

The practice works closely with clients not only to resolve disputes, whether through litigation, arbitration or regulatory processes, but also to help them proactively avoid them. Clients rely on the team for sophisticated risk management advice, spanning compliance, regulatory strategy and bespoke training designed to mitigate exposure and avoid common pitfalls. The work is varied and high profile, with matters ranging from major regulatory investigations and multinational commercial litigation to complex fraud recovery actions and sensitive bribery allegations.

The team acts for a diverse client base, from owner‐managed businesses and high‐growth companies to global corporations and high net worth individuals. Key industry sectors include technology and life sciences, financial services, and private wealth.
