POSITION SUMMARY:To support the distribution (broker relationship management) and marketing team on specific items outlined below. The team comprises of 4 people, 2 drive the distribution side working closely with brokers to ensure Ascot syndicate's growth aspirations are supported by our distribution partners. The 2 marketing individuals ensure marketing initiatives, social media posts, campaigns and website changes are delivered.

Summer Internship Duration: 8 Weeks

Summer Internship Dates: Monday 22nd June - Friday 14th August 2026

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analysis of broker data

Support distribution team with ad hoc broker requests including data and management information

Develop an online tracking system to streamline visibility and distribution of all merch items

Create a suite of social media imagery for consistency across all categories of conversation

Help organise conferences and events by managing guest lists, preparing materials, and providing general planning support

Contribute to general marketing activity such as basic research, maintaining calendars, updating the website with news/content, and supporting merchandise design

Assist with creating and scheduling internal communications

Support brand and design tasks by updating marketing materials and liaising with external designers when needed

REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrable record of high achievement, analytical thinking, self‐motivation, and relationship building

Highly collaborative

Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
