Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Business Development Executive/Student Recruitement Officer based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Business Development Manager will oversee client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with students, universities, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end university application process, providing consultation services, monitoring account progress, and ensuring all client needs are addressed efficiently. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will facilitate outreach activities and represent the company in student recruitment events.
QualificationsClient management and relationship-building skillsStrong communication and consultation abilitiesOrganizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple client accountsKnowledge of university admissions processes and scholarship programsExperience in preparing and reviewing documents, such as personal statementsProficiency in data entry and account monitoringPublic speaking or presentation skills for event participationBachelor's degree or equivalent; experience in the education sector is an advantage
RequirementsProven experience in business development, sales, or international student recruitmentStrong understanding of the UK higher education market (preferred)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build long-term professional relationshipsTarget-driven mindset with strong commercial awarenessProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamFluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
