Role: Internal Sales ExecutiveLocation: Essex - Colchester

Package: £26,000 - £30,000

Days: Monday - Friday

We are working with a growing and expanding independent Plumbing & Heating Distributor based in the Colchester area. The role is an Internal Sales Executive position selling into Builders Merchants across the country.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers over the phone, email, and face to face.

Ask questions and gather information about the projects clients are working on.

Take quotation enquiries and provide timely responses.

Develop rapport with clients and upsell where possible.

Think on your feet and demonstrate sound knowledge when called upon.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience working within the Construction Supplies industry.

Sales background; experience in Plumbing & Heating sales preferred but other construction supplies sales experience valued.

Full training and development provided.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Internal Sales Executive who is proactive, hungry, and eager to go above and beyond. This is a very important role that requires more than just order processing.
