Junior Sous Chef - New Opening

Job description

ResponsibilitiesYou will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring prep is done for each day and make each dish to specification.

Qualifications

Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or experienced Chef looking to take the next step.

Experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrating good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices).

Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player.

Self‐motivated to work at pace with limited supervision.

Strong knowledge of best practice in allergens, kitchen essentials and food safety.
