Are you an experienced Wholesale Merchandiser with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail? Our client is a leading supplier to high-street retailers, and are looking for a dynamic professional to join their team in West London. This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday), offering the chance to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Liaise with sales and design teams to develop and bring product concepts to life.
- Act as the main point of contact for key retailers' post-sale, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
- Manage and update customer critical paths weekly to keep orders on track.
- Coordinate with factories to oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing.
- Handle all testing requirements to meet customer-specific quality standards.
- Manage fabric strike-offs and collaborate with mills to resolve issues and secure approvals.
- Work closely with the technical team to meet sealing deadlines and ensure product quality.
- Raise dockets, maintain accurate documentation, and track production progress.
- Order fabrics and trims to ensure seamless production and on-time deliveries.
Person Specification:
- A highly organised and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in wholesale merchandising, ideally within the fashion or womenswear sector.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and problem-solve under pressure.
- Proficiency in critical path management and experience liaising with factories and suppliers.
