The Role

Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom

Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions

Assisting pupils with academic and social development

Supporting classroom management and lesson preparation

Working closely with experienced teachers and SEN staff

The Ideal Candidate

Graduate with a genuine interest in education

Aspiring teacher looking to gain experience prior to teacher training/PGCE

Previous child-related experience required (paid or voluntary)

Confident, proactive and enthusiastic

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
