About the Role

Role Overview
We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to support children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs within a residential care setting.
RequirementsMinimum 6 months care experience preferredGood communication and safeguarding awarenessAbility to work flexible shiftsCompliance Documents RequiredValid Photo IDProof of Right to WorkEnhanced Child & Adult DBS (Update Service where applicable)Overseas Police Check (if applicable)Full employment/education history from age 11 with gaps explainedMinimum 2 references covering previous 2 yearsProof of address (within 3 months)5-year address historyCPD accredited training certificatesDutiesSupport young people with daily activities and wellbeingMaintain a safe and positive environmentComplete records and follow safeguarding proceduresWork as part of a supportive care team
